The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all our minds and in the news. The global outbreak of the virus has forced many businesses to make difficult decisions in order to keep one another safe. We have always strived to do right by our clients, and we and are taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously.

We believe strongly in customer service and in times like these, we feel that we should do whatever we can to help one another and remain strong. Our office remains committed to ensuring optimum health and safety during these times. We are closely monitoring the rapidly evolving developments related to COVID-19. 

We follow the WHO and CDC guidelines at coronavirus.gov to help guide us with safety practices. 

Measures we are taking:

  • We thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire office every single morning, including the bathroom.

  • We provide hand sanitizer to clients upon entrance and on all desks.

  • Soap and paper towels are available in the bathroom.

  • Chairs more than 6 feet apart are available to clients during the rare instances that multiple clients are here at the same time.

  • The office is ventilated with fresh air every morning, and all day if the weather permits.

  • When visiting, you have the option of calling us once you arrive, and we will confirm that no other clients are here. If another client is here, you are welcome to wait in your car and we will call you when it's time for you to come in. You can call 978-685-5520. 

Please adhere to the following restrictions about coming to the office: 

  •  Do not come in to the office with these symptoms or if someone in your immediate household has these symptoms:

    • Fever

    • Headache

    • Runny nose or congestion

    • Cough

    • Shortness of Breath

  • Only individuals absolutely necessary for tax prep work or signatures should come into this office

  • Please do not bring children or anyone with a high risk of infection into this office. This includes elderly individuals. Please help your elders. 

  • If you have recently traveled anywhere by plane, please wait 2 weeks without symptoms before coming into this office.

  • If you have been around someone with questionable exposure, please wait 2 weeks without symptoms before coming into this office
